This policy explains what information PhotoDoctor ("we", "us") collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what choices you have.
We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not use your photos for advertising or training any AI model.
Your photo and order details are stored using Supabase, a third-party database and file storage provider. Automated notifications about new orders are relayed through Make.com to our internal Telegram account — this is purely for our own order-handling workflow and does not share your data with any public or third-party audience.
Uploaded photos are kept only as long as needed to complete and deliver your order, and are removed afterward unless you ask us to keep them on file for a future order.
We use cookies for basic site analytics (such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) to understand traffic and improve the site. These are not loaded until you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's cookies for this site.
You can ask us to delete your photos, order data, or contact information at any time by emailing us. If you are in the EU/UK, you have rights under GDPR including access, correction, deletion, and portability of your data. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what data we hold and to request its deletion.
This service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
